Send Your Feedback about Internet Explorer 8 and Other Beta Products

I must admit perhaps I was too rude when I was describing the glitches with IE8 Beta 2 usability. First of all, it was beta which purpose was to demonstrate new features and gather feedback, but no to present a completely finished product. Second, it were my own thoughts, but still IE remains the most popular browser on the Net and people must find it useable, since they use it.

Anyway, Internet Explorer 8 Release Candidate 1 is available now, which means that there won’t be any new functionality in the release, however if they find any bugs in the current RC, they will fix them and make RC2 available for public.

So, if you want to submit any bug report of feature request, I strongly advice you take part in the Microsoft Connect program that allows you to send feedback about their beta products, including Windows Azure, Windows 7, IE8 and many other products. Just navigate your browser to connect.microsoft.com, sign-in with your Live ID and choose an appropriate program. It’s advisable to search through the database before submitting your bug report or a suggestions, because it’s likely that other people have already spotted that bug and complained about it or came up with the same feature request.

Participating in such programs and sending feedbacks allows Microsoft to make better products that you will like ;-)!

I am not impressed with these Browser Giants. First of all they HOG too much computer memory for what they do.
The Menu bar doesn't manipulate like it used to, where as.. before I could change the Stop Bottons and Refresh Bottons around. One could also put a the address bar where they wanted. correct me if I am mistaken on this, as I have not seen it workable. In addition, I am typing this in my notepad and my computer is not slowing while typing, but in IE8, it slows down and the cursor lags..

I am not impressed cause I can not drag a link from one browser to another down to the task bar button of another browser and open it up to open that link. However, you must have both IE8 browsers open to drag a shortcut/link to the other. YOu also can not drag the address bar link to a tab and make it open up that page. But I think Firefox does if I remember. Also, the FREEWARE Browser that works like IE, has tabs and blocking freatures to block banners.
Why didn't Microsoft do that? The Freeware Browser, is a small and simple browser that works like IE and has tabs, and does a whole lot more for your viewing, plus you can put the TAB buttons at the bottom if you want.

Lastly, why would you want to Emulate IE7, when IE8 sucks just as badlY as IE7..

Am I impressed? I like to have only two BARS on top with everything crunch in it, but with the newer Internet Explorers, that function is gone, or wait. don't tell me, there is a plugin for that?? and if so, then that's stupid too....

.....watch out for the NEW ASK.com TOOLBAR VIRUS/Spyware, it's a bitch to remove even after uninstalling,  it leaves behind spyware and Hi-jacks your computer. It secretly enters through an exploit in IE, and suddenly appears.
It changes your HOSTS file and blocks anti-spyware/virus sites with redirection to you computer.

I found others on the web complaining about it.

Is there a fix, Yes and no. Yes you can fix the problem, and NO there is not program cure for it..

If you back up your computer with ERUNT, ONE can fix it by going back a week or a few days before you were infected and eradicate your HI-jacked Registry entries..

Is this a CRIMe what asks does? Yes,in my book, it is as they install software on your computer without your consent. and when it removes, it doesn't remomve it all.

If you use Sanboxie to surf the web while in a sandbox, then you should have to worry about being Jacked...

You know what I say about ASK.com? they can KISS MY ASK!!!
